Leadership is not just vision and strategy, its about people. What is best for them? As a leader am I stewarding and leading well that I might serve people well? In Exodus, we see Aaron goes to great lengths to follow what God requested. Ad a result, he wore a breastpiece with 12 stones- not for decoration but rather to represent each of the tribes of Israel. As Aaron made decisions for the nation, he had to ask "what is best for the people of Israel?"
