Short and sweet today. I'd like for you to read Luke 13. Then hone in on verse 16 which states “Then should not this woman, a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has kept bound for eighteen long years, be set free on the Sabbath day from what bound her?" There’s a lot to unpack here but look at "a daughter of Abraham". Oh to be able to see people the way Jesus does. Most people, myself included, would see her as a crippled lady but not Jesus. Nope, he sees her worth and her lineage as a daughter of Abraham and therefore a daughter of our creator. Lord, help us to see through your eyes that we might value people the way you do. That we might value relationships like you do.
