Obedience

There are thousands or perhaps tens of thousands of reasons to not obey God but there is ONE reason to obey God and his name is Jesus!  Obedience isn’t easy. We have to guard against the things that will tempt us to fall out of relationship with Him and obedience to Him.  One question you’ll have to ask yourself from time to time is “do I love sin more than God?”.  Anytime we choose disobedience over obedience we are loving sin more than God.  It’s a constant struggle to die to ourselves but in doing so we keep ourselves in a posture of obedience.  Choose ye this day, and every day, who you will serve!
